About Hadley
Founded in 1920 by educator William Hadley, who lost his eyesight later in life, Hadley provides no cost, practical help, emotional support, and connection to anyone with a visual impairment, their families and professionals supporting them. Their goal is to help individuals rediscover independence and confidence through adaptive learning and shared experiences.
And the best part? You don’t need to go to Hadley—Hadley comes to you through online learning, phone sessions, or mail-based materials.
Here are three ways to learn with Hadley:
🎓 Workshops: Quick, practical lessons from experts on everyday challenges.
🎧 Podcasts: Engaging conversations and stories about living well with vision loss.
💬 Discussion Groups: Live chats where you can share experiences and connect with others who “get it.”
